DESCRIPTION:Summer Academy – Intensive studies for advanced musician\, and future Conservatory students\nThe Summer Academy consists of a series of intensive courses of instrumental and/or vocal tuition. Interested music students will work with the Summer Academy’s teachers to consolidate their existing knowledge and to try out new techniques in an academic context. \nPlaces are limited to five students per course\, to enable all students to receive individual and targeted support.\nAll courses take place at the Monteverdi Conservatory in Bolzano\, Domenikanerplatz 19\, 39100 Bolzano. \nTarget group:\nThe Summer Academy is aimed at advanced music students enrolled in a conservatory or at a university or similar institution\, and/or at musicians preparing for auditions/competitions. SUMMARY:Masterclass "Acting for opera singers" with Prof. Federico Grazzini
DESCRIPTION:Federico Grazzini \nBorn in Florence in 1982\, he starts studying drama first as an actor and later as a director making his debut in Teatro Puccini in Florence with La casa di Asterione by J.L.Borges in 2004. He graduates in 2008 at the Scuola d’Arte Drammatica Paolo Grassi in Milan\, directing Expoi\, first performed at the Piccolo Teatro di Milano. \nFrom 2008 he’s been involved as director in the educational project asOperadomani\, Operait and OperaKids\, for letting childhood approach opera: the show\, based on Nabucco by G.Verdi has its first performance in January 2011 at Teatro Sociale di Como and in the french version in December 2012 at Opèra Royal de Wallonie in Liege\, Belgium.
