Application for recognition of exams of previous study careers and/or application for recognition of additional activities

Application for recognition of exams taken in previous study careers

For exams taken in previous study careers, the application for recognition must be submitted to the Student Office at the beginning of the course of study. The deadline for submitting the application is communicated each year with the publication of the admission rankings (autumn session).

Examinations/training activities cannot be used twice for recognition within the same course of study.

In compliance with articles 46 and 47 of DPR 28th December 2000, no. 445, exams taken at Italian higher education institutions must be proven by a substitutive declaration of certification, signed by the interested person and produced in place of normal certifications.

In compliance with articles 71 and 72 of DPR 28th December 2000, no. 445 and with art. 15 of law 12.11.2011 no. 183, the Conservatory of Bozen/Bolzano is required to carry out appropriate verifications on the truthfulness of the substitutive declarations made by applicants.

Application for recognition of exams after a period abroad (Erasmus)

After a period of study abroad, applications for recognition of exams must be submitted to the Student Office within three deadlines, in October, January and May respectively.

In order to do this, students are required to submit the application form for recognition of exams, together with the ToR (Transcript of Records) issued by the foreign educational institution.

Application for recognition of exams taken at Italian or foreign universities during the course of study at the Conservatory of Bozen/Bolzano (single courses or courses taken in other part-time courses at Italian universities) or of additional (extra-curricular) training activities carried out within the Conservatory of Bozen/Bolzano or at training institutions of the same or higher level

Students may submit to the Student Office an application for recognition of additional educational activities carried out during their studies at the Bozen/Bolzano Conservatory within three deadlines (October, January and May).

How to submit the application

The application for recognition of exams must be submitted using the form downloadable from this link Forms – Conservatory C. Monteverdi .

The application must be submitted exclusively electronically to student.office@cons.bz.it .

A €16 official stamp must be affixed to the application. The form must be filled in, signed and submitted together with a photocopy of an identification document. Applications without a photocopy of an identification document will not be accepted.

Any other documentation may be attached in .pdf format.

The Student Office will communicate the outcome of the recognition procedure to the institutional e-mail address of the applicants.
